Adriana D. Bates
Originally from Upstate New York, Adriana recently moved to her fiancé’s home-town, Kansas City, where she began her career in the Mortgage Industry. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Adriana’s passion is to advise her clients of the impact their mortgage decisions make in their life plan.
“In the past, mortgages have seemed superficially simple and many consumers were easily taken advantage of. Unfortunately, not everyone was provided all the information they needed to make an educated decision about what type of mortgage would best fit their specific financial situation. My passion is to educate and empower all my clients and assist them in finding the most beneficial mortgage product and payment strategy within their overall financial goals. CMPS training goes far beyond just quoting a great interest rate.”
Adriana studied as a Pre-Medical student at Brown University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. While studying at Brown, Adriana was a member of the Varsity Women’s Basketball team, Filipino Association and two time published author in Medical Research: Academic Emergency Medicine 12:5 2005 and Pediatric Emergency Care 22:5 2006. She also pursued her Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at Saint Louis University.
Adriana is currently in her first year of Junior League- Kansas City. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active in various athletics- particularly golf and basketball, playing the piano, creating artwork, and spending time with her fiancé Dalton Mason and their two dogs- Charlie and Pogi.
