Erin Ummel
With 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Erin is a veteran of the home loan industry. She worked at United Home Loans for the past two and a half years and was with First Horizon and James B. Nutter prior to that.
Her career success is based on her firm belief that home financing is not a “one size fits all” proposition. Instead she carefully researches the available loan options, selecting the ones that are the best fit for each borrower’s unique preferences and goals. She attributes her success to earning her borrowers’ trust and respect as she guides them through the home-buying process, a philosophy that makes her a perfect fit for FirsTrust.
Erin holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and is a certified Career Coach with Building Champions coaching program, a mortgage-focused coaching group to help educate and improve mortgage professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and reading. She’s been happily married for 10 years with a son and daughter.
